Being in beta mode means THE APP IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. This is why your input is so important. We want you to explore the app and give us your unfiltered, honest feedback. If you spot things that don’t work, tell us about it, no chaser. Our goal is to create a revolutionary app that changes online dating forever.

Beta tester categories (please pick one):

SAFETY SCREENING TESTER: meaning you wish to go through our criminal background and identity verification check ONLY (so your journey would end immediately after we screen you); or

APP USER TESTER: meaning after you pass the safety screen, you wish to test our process for creating a profile, and getting into the app to search for matches and chat with other people also testing alongside you. You never know, if you’re single and ready to mingle, you might find someone worth getting to know!

A bug is an unintended software error that causes the product to behave differently from the expected or intended functionality. For example, if the product crashes, freezes, displays incorrect information, or fails to perform an action, that is a bug.

A design feature request is a suggestion or a request for adding or changing a functionality or an appearance of the product. For example, dark mode, a different layout, or a new option, are all design feature requests.

If you encounter a bug, please report it to us using the following steps:

  • Contact Support or simply navigate to the support form by going to your profile page, click on the “gear icon” next to your profile picture, then scroll down to “Contact Us” and use the “click for support” button to open the support form.

  • Provide details for all the necessary fields

  • Provide a clear and concise title for the issue or feedback, such as “Unable to upload profile pictures” Or “Change look of profile page”

  • Describe the issue or feedback in detail, including the steps to reproduce it, the expected and actual results, and any error messages or screenshots.

  • Specify the severity and priority of the issue, based on how much it affects our app’s functionality and user experience.

  • Please make sure to properly select the Category and Device you are using

  • Submit the report and wait for our confirmation emails and feedback.
